Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ck1111 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

ck1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account with ck1111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ck1111 or had an account permanently closed by ck1111 for a breach of these terms.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any such person associated with the operation of ck1111.

ck1111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

Account Opening and Identity Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

ck1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or a bonus is released:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number and name).

Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ck1111 does not share KYC documentation with any third party except where required by applicable law or where necessary to process a transaction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ck1111 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds applicable to each payment method are displayed on the cashier page within your account.

All deposits are credited to your ck1111 account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck1111 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ck1111 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ck1111 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may be affected by banking hours, public holidays, or additional compliance checks. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: typically 1–3 hours from approval.
• Rocket / Upay: typically 1–6 hours from approval.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): typically 1–3 business hours from approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

ck1111 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Balances subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ck1111 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2 of these terms.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts is a violation of Clause 2.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• ck1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wagering requirements for already-claimed bonuses are honoured.
• Cash balances and bonus balances are tracked separately within your account. Bonus funds are used last by default. Real-money winnings generated from bonus play become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.

Games, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

ck1111 offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting. All games and betting markets are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers. Game results in slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer in real time.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market type, as published in the relevant betting rules section of the platform. In the event of a technical error or data feed failure during a live betting event, ck1111 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential permanent account closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in betting markets to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the platform.
• Arbitrage betting using bonus funds.
• Any form of match fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information not publicly available at the time a bet is placed.

Responsible Gaming

ck1111 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be inaccessible for play and deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ck1111 will not send promotional communications to any player during an active cooling-off period or self-exclusion. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, please contact our support team or seek assistance from a recognised problem gambling support organisation.

Account Suspension and Termination

ck1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against legitimate ck1111 transactions.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at ck1111 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ck1111 will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed for a confirmed breach, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deduction of any amounts owed to ck1111, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-fraud review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ck1111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is either owned by or licensed to ck1111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the ck1111 platform without prior written consent from ck1111. Screen-scraping, data mining, and automated collection of any platform data are expressly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The ck1111 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ck1111 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and the accuracy of all information displayed, ck1111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck1111 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in this clause limits ck1111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

ck1111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and communications relating to your account and promotions (where you have opted in).

ck1111 employs SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ck1111 platform — including game results, payment processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should submit your complaint in the first instance to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your registered username, and any supporting evidence.

ck1111 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive resolution within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes involving third-party game providers or payment processors may take longer to resolve; in such cases, ck1111 will keep you informed of progress at regular intervals.

ck1111's decision on complaints is final once all available information has been reviewed and communicated to the player in writing.

Governing Language and Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any translation or localised version of these terms being made available, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck1111 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
